It was back in April that Samsung launched its latest flagship smartphones officially. Though a lot of innovative things were showcased at the time of the launch, still a few of them were not available to users in some parts of the country. Bixby voice commands were one such feature.
According to the company officials, the Bixby specialists had issues in getting this app working for English language and the delay in launch has been caused because of the same. The team has been working on configuring the language with Bixby and an early preview should get launched sometime in the coming days. Korean is the only officially supported language which works flawlessly well with Bixby as of now.
Samsung has been betting big on Bixby. Also, if the said features work in a proper way, it could be a great competitor to the likes of Siri, Google Assistant and Cortana. Samsung has trained the Bixby assistant to work in a customised way which can make your phone experience better. The assistant can perform complex and complicated tasks.
Initially, all the users in the states will not be able to try out the personal assistant. Because Samsung is opening it up to a selected batch of individuals who are interested in trying out the preview and send their feedback to Samsung. If you are interested in trying out the Bixby preview, you could head over to this page and sign up for the same.
